Participants agree to hold harmless the Town of Irvington, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers, from any and all liability for loss, injury or damages to any person, persons, or property occasioned by or sustained by reason of the participant's participation in the Parade. Participant further agrees that if any individual involved in the activities of the Parade is an employee of the participant, that participant shall procure WORKER'S COMPENSATION COVERAGE on such employee for such activities. If I am registering a minor, I confirm that I am either the parent, legal guardian, or an authorized representative of an organization responsible for the minor's participation, and I give permission for them to participate. I accept full responsibility for their safety and conduct during the event and agree to this waiver on their behalf.
