INSTRUCTIONS:

Establishments serving prepared food and beverages in Irvington, VA (as defined by Irvington Ordinance #2023-03) are required to submit their collected meals tax on a monthly basis. Please use this form to submit your report and payment.

To avoid any penalties and/or interest, this return must be filed and paid or on before the 20th day of the following month. Taxes may be paid by completing this form online or downloading it from the link above and submitting it by mail with payment to the Town Clerk, Town of Irvington, P. O. Box 174, Irvington, VA 22480. Make checks payable to "Town of Irvington."
